Sunday – Monday  CLOSED

Location

7199 Stonewall Parkway

Mechanicsville, VA 23111

The Habitat ReStore sells new and gently used furniture, home accessories, building materials and appliances to the public at a fraction of the retail price. It was established in 2005 to provide a self-sustaining funding source to Hanover and King William Habitat for Humanity.

Donations are accepted on a daily basis from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm in the back of the building. All donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Whether you are a general contractor, do-it-yourselfer, antique lover, or artist—you will find items to suit your style and budget.

We are currently offering Saturday residential pickups. All items need to have access from the Garage or Driveway at this time. Call the store to get on the schedule – 804-569-6226.

Help divert valuable materials away from the landfill and back into the local community while helping to build affordable housing in the Hanover and King William community.

All Habitat for Humanity ReStores are proudly owned and operated by local Habitat for Humanity affiliates, and proceeds are used to build homes, community and hope locally.

Do Not Leave Items After-hours:

Recycle Program

Started in 1999, Habitat’s volunteer-led recycling program collects cans and disassembles broken appliances and fixtures to retrieve recyclable metals.  Metals are turned into cash and provides an additional income stream for the affiliate.

In 2021, this program diverted 721,514 lbs from landfills and raised $24,500 in recycling alone.
