Hanover Vegetable Farm

Come learn more about the past year’s accomplishments, hear from Habitat homeowners, and meet our community partners. We will also announce our Volunteer of the Year award. Money raised during this event will go directly to building affordable homes in Hanover and King William Counties.

Tickets are $80 per person, with table and sponsorship options. Seating is limited. Advance ticket purchase is required and can be purchased online (click blue button), by calling the administrative office at 804-569-6108 x103, or by sending a check in the mail to PO Box 2604, Mechanicsville, VA 23116 with this form.

FAQs

Your ticket includes a served buffet dinner consisting of appetizers, salad, an entrée (chosen when you purchased your tickets) with two vegetables, and dessert. Also included are beer, wine, tea, and water.

No, we will not give out physical tickets. When you arrive to the event, please head to the registration table to get a nametag and your table assignment.

New this year: We are asking that you put a credit card on file through our online bidding platform to pay for your silent auction items. This should ensure a speedier checkout at the end of the night. Cash and checks will still be accepted.

This event is rain or shine. Our dinner is held under Hanover Vegetable Farm’s pavilion. We hope for incredible fall temperatures, but dress for the weather!

This event is casual. Come dressed for the farm and have fun with us! You will want comfortable shoes for walking on uneven terrain.

When you purchase your tickets, there will be a ‘notes’ section where you can type the names of your friends or family members that you would like to sit with. You can also email Michele McCabe and let her know you are part of a group.

New this year: There will be 3 meal choices, including a vegan option. You will choose your preference when purchasing your online tickets. If you have additional dietary needs, Habitat must know before the event. When you purchase your tickets, there will be a ‘notes’ section where you can type your food allergies. Your ticket covers food, drinks, and activities for the night.

New this year: Bidding on our silent auction items will be done through our online bidding platform. Bids will be placed online. If you are outbid, you will be notified by email. You are able to bid as many times as you would like until 8pm that evening when the silent auction closes. Winners will be notified by email and can check out via the platform with a credit card, or head to the registration table with cash or check.
