Hanover Vegetable Farm

Come learn more about the past year’s accomplishments, hear from Habitat homeowners, and meet our community partners. We will also announce our Volunteer of the Year award. Money raised during this event will go directly to building affordable homes and making critical repairs in Hanover and King William Counties.

Tickets are $80 per person, with table and sponsorship options. Seating is limited. Advance ticket purchase is required and can be purchased online, by calling the administrative office at 804-569-6108 x103, or by sending a check in the mail to PO Box 2604 Mechanicsville, VA 23116 with this form.

If you know of someone who would like to attend the event, please feel free to send them the registration link or have them email Michele McCabe. If you are unable to attend, please consider making a direct donation in support of our programming.

FAQs

Your ticket includes a served buffet dinner consisting of appetizers, salad, meat entrée, (vegetarian option available) with two vegetables, and dessert. Also included are beer, wine, tea, and water. Purchase your ticket here.

No, we will not give out physical tickets. When you arrive to the event, please head to the registration table to get a nametag and your table assignment.

This event is rain or shine. Our dinner is held under Hanover Vegetable Farm’s pavilion. We hope for incredible fall temperatures, but dress for the weather!

This event is business casual. Come dressed for the farm and have fun with us! You will want comfortable shoes for walking on gravel and through the grass.

Please let Michele McCabe know if you are part of a group. We will do our best to sit you with them. If there are several of you who want to sit together, consider purchasing an entire table of 8 for $675 or a table of 10 for $825.

For those with special dietary needs, Habitat must know before the event. A vegetarian option will only be available to those who request it.

Your ticket covers food, drinks, and activities for the night. However, if you bid on a silent auction item and win, you will be expected to pay before leaving. If you need to leave early, then we will contact you after the event. We can accept cash, check, or credit card (although we pay a service fee when this method is used). We also welcome any additional donations you may want to make towards our programs.
