Hanover and King William Habitat for Humanity is excited to launch a Neighborhood Revitalization Program to support homeowners in the Town of Ashland! This initiative will help bring new life and energy into the community by increasing property values, restoring safety, and improving the longevity of homes and overall quality of life for residents. Below you can find information about potential projects, application process, the application itself, and volunteering possibilities.

– Mulching

– Painting or staining

– Power washing

– Trimming bushes

– Gardening or planting flowers/bushes/trees

– Mailbox Repair

– Fixing Porches/Decks

– Many other projects just like these!

Any applicant must live in the home that they are applying to get repaired. The application must also provide proof that they own the home. Proof of income will also be required to determine if the applicant falls into the necessary annual income range. The application can be found under the application tab located below.
